This is the pre-qualification designer form. Payment information will not be accepted until you've received notification that you've been selected to participate in the KQAFW event or show.

Participation fee is required upon approval.

Early Bird Registration

International/ Haute Couture: $ 500
Ladies Wear/Menswear Collection: $ 400.00
Emerging Designer: $ 400.00
Eco/sustainable Fashion: $ 400
Modest/Lingerie Collection: $ 300
Accessories/ Hair/Braids Show: $ 300
Credit card payments are available via PayPal upon request plus 2.7% transaction fee.

I will represent KQAFW with respect and professionalism

I accept full responsibility for my own safety while participating in KQAFW events and shows

KQAFW is authorized to use answers and photos submitted with the application for any promotional purpose related to the event

I agree to allow photos and videos of me taken by KQAFW to be published in any promotional and/or advertising purpose and in any format

KQAFW will not be held liable for any loss of garments, accessories, supplies, tools, equipment, or personal items brought to the event
